Nils Robert Meyer

I can still not grasp that my son Nils is no more. He died so suddenly, so unexpected, so young. He was a very creative businessman. He initiated the “world mapping project” which still continues. Here I want to give you a glimpse of his personal side. I think he would be pleased with seeing some of his artwork and poems published here on the internet.

The drawings shown here were found in his papers left behind, as were the love poems. The poems relating to death were written when his girlfriend's brother died. Only “a little collection for recollection” was ever authorized by him because they were given to some people in a typewritten form.
